About Us:
Jay - Jay's Gardens and Maintenance is owned and operated by Jennifer Josiak.
A graduate of the Landscape Technician Program at Humber College of Applied Arts and Technology Jennifer not only holds a Diploma in Landscape Horticulture she is also a 3rd Generation Landscaper.
Having honed her skills for 13 years with her family's highly respected landscaping company in the City of Toronto Jennifer set her sights on Muskoka in 2003 where for 10 Seasons she worked for an award winning Landscape Construction company as the Head Planter/Foreman.
In April of 2014 Jennifer made the leap into self employment and brought Jay-Jay's Gardens and Maintenance into being.
In addition to professionalism, Jennifer Josiak has a strong work ethic, an extensive knowledge of plant materials, and a passion for revitalizing existing landscapes and creating new spaces for both residential and recreational properties.
Working with you
Landscaping is the study, observation, and understanding of a given piece of land. Different natural features like terrain, soil qualities, native flora and fauna must be taken into account when planting out your gardens or hardscapes. We take all these things into account when deciding which plant to place where and what plants can be succesfully used in your landscape.
Jay-Jay's Gardens and Maintenance will work closely with you, the client (home owner, contractor or otherwise), to receive both positive and negative feedback to produce a favourable outcome on each project. With efficiency and professionalism we hope to not only satisfy all of your planting and maintenance needs we hope that you will consider us for any future projects you or an acquaintance may require.

There's nothing more satisfying to me than walking away from a project knowing that our knowledge and our experience has allowed us to produce a garden or create a space that is both pleasing to the eye and representative of each individual client's vision.
